Overview

At Eterna Jewels, every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We currently ship to addresses within the United States and are committed to delivering your order with the care and attention it deserves.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options for all orders:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to two (1–2) business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our pieces, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. In the event that a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
