Our Standard Return Policy

At Eterna Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Because our jewelry is crafted with intention and often made to order, we maintain a carefully considered return policy to protect both our clients and the integrity of our work.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with any damage, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy for Orders Placed via Klarna

For orders completed using Klarna as a payment method, the following return policy applies in accordance with Klarna’s consumer protection requirements. This section supersedes our standard return policy for Klarna transactions only.

Right of Return

Customers who place an order using Klarna have the right to return any item within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Conditions

• Items must be unopened and in their original, undamaged condition.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, and accessories must be included.
• No restocking fees will be applied to Klarna returns.
• Refunds will be issued to the original Klarna payment method. Store credit is not offered as a substitute for Klarna order returns.
• This policy applies to all items purchased via Klarna, including custom-made and personalized pieces.

How to Initiate a Return (Klarna Orders)

To initiate a return for a Klarna order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our team at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) to the return address below, using a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original Klarna payment method within five to seven (5–7) business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Regardless of payment method, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.

Non-Returnable Items (Standard Orders)

For orders placed through payment methods other than Klarna, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, altered, or resized.
• Custom-made or personalized pieces.
• Items returned without original packaging or documentation.
