Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because jewelry is personal and often made to order, our return rules vary by item type.
In store purchases
All in store sales are final.
If there is an issue with workmanship or damage at pickup, please notify us immediately so we can make it right.
Online purchases
If you purchased through our website, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible:
Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
Item must pass inspection before any refund is approved
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping and any non refundable fees.
Items that are not returnable
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom designed or made to order pieces
Resized, engraved, or altered items
Special orders and personalized items
Permanent jewelry services
Bridal deposits or any paid design work
Gift cards
Exchanges
If an eligible item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange depending on availability and the situation.
Returns process

Your order number
The item you want to return
The reason for the return
Photos if there is damage or a defect
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.
Shipping and responsibility
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Repairs and services
Repairs, resizing, cleaning, and other services are non refundable once work has started. If you have a concern, contact us and we will review it with you.
